GoDx knows that clients have many questions before a COVID test.

We have compiled some of the most common questions on this page.

At GoDx, we are both the testing site and the processing lab. This gives us the ability to guarantee test results within the 2-hour or 24-hour timeframe selected.

Yes, all the COVID tests at GoDx are FDA EUA authorized. 

These tests are valid world-wide.

First, schedule your appointment online. If you are getting a COVID test for travel, we will need the ID you plan to use during the trip. To pay, you can input your credit card information when scheduling. Alternatively, you can bring cash to the testing site.

Yes, GoDx has multiple appointments available every half-hour from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Clients receive their results via email from reports@godiagnostic.com titled “COVID-19 Test Lab Report.”

The email provides a PDF with results and necessary information for travel.

Be careful when inputting your email since that is where the results will be sent.

Our standard “Less than 24 hours” COVID tests return results within 24 hours or less. 

The expedited option will return results within 2 hours or less.

You can still book an appointment online. If that is not an option, you can call GoDx for help scheduling a COVID test today.

Appointments are on the half-hour:

8:30 am to 4pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

9am to 1pm Saturdays 

We have multiple bookings for any timeslot, making appointments readily available.

We are closed Sundays and Tuesdays but can accommodate you with a small fee on our closed days.

Our clinicians can test 1 years old and older for RT-PCR and 2 years and older for Antigen tests.

We do not charge a cancellation fee for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments.

Yes, we can come to your location- there is a fee for sending our staff to you plus the price of the test. Email info@godiagnostic.com for more information.

You can! When the booking site asks for a phone number, just put “555-555-5555.” If you do so, we will use the email address provided as the primary method of contact.

Yes, each person getting a COVID test needs to book their own appointment, even children. You can get all tests done at the same time, though.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the COVID test ordered is accepted for travel where they are going. Restrictions are ever-changing, but most country’s websites will explain their travel requirements.

GoDx can only perform the test ordered. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that type of test is accepted at their travel destination.

When you get to GoDx Labs, there are signs that will show you where to park. Once parked, text the name of the person getting the COVID test to 608-867-7799. One of our technicians will come out to your vehicle and verify your information. If you are a walk-up patient, you will be tested outside by the signs. Then, you will perform a self-administered nasal swab. A clinician can help administer the swab to children. Finally, you will receive results in an email within the selected timeframe.
